You have the right to a written estimate before work begins and to authorise any additional intervention.
Guarantee and replaced parts
Repairs carry a minimum guarantee of 3 months or 2,000 km under RD 1457/1986, unless a longer guarantee applies. Replaced parts are returned on request.

Official complaint forms are available at the workshop. Any prices shown include VAT.
